RELA is a web-based system that has been specially developed for car dealerships to efficiently organize the wheel storage and retrieval processes at the wheel storage service provider. As web-based software, RELA offers the advantage that it can be accessed at any time and from anywhere without installation.
With its process-oriented structure, the system ensures a high level of process reliability while maximizing performance for smooth management and control of tire storage as a service.
Simplified wheel handling with labels
Thanks to modern technologies such as barcode scanners and labels, you can save valuable time not only during the wheel change season. With these tools, wheels can be professionally stored and retrieved in record time, significantly speeding up your processes. Even the wheel inventory is child’s play and can be carried out in just 3 hours for around 1000 wheel sets.
Special labels ensure that all wheels are perfectly labeled. These are generated and printed out by DEPOT before storage by the employee in the dealership in order to label the customer wheels accordingly before storage. This ensures smooth and precise identification of the wheels.
No system break or duplicate data entry
Data protection-relevant customer and vehicle data, such as the vehicle identification number and the license plate number, are exchanged bidirectionally between ATBAS DEPOT and the external RELA software. An analog transfer of this data is no longer necessary. These measures enable precise identification.
Optimized wheelset marketing
All tools for tire sales are already built into ATBAS DEPOT. With just a few mouse clicks, you can create evaluations and statistics on worn and damaged tires. With another click of the mouse, you can create new offers for your customers. A function for professional tracking of the offer is also built in. This way, you will never miss out on a tire deal again!
